Brand Overview 

Founded in 1981 with the name Maruti Udyog Limited, this leading India carmaker then affiliated with Suzuki, a Japanese automobile company, in October 1982 and changed its name into Maruti Suzuki Limited. Since stepping into the Indian automobile market, Maruti Suzuki has owned four plants; three of them are situated at Palam Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon, Haryana and the newly established one is located at Manesar Industrial Town, Gurgaon, Haryana. Both of the two facilities have the annual capability of over 1.2 million cars. As the largest mass-product automaker in India and the dominator of Indian auto market, Maruti Suzuki currently owns more than 2,400 showrooms and dealerships across the country. This new engine can produce 82bhp and 113Nm of torque. Moreover, fuel efficiency is also an advantage of this engine which can return a fuel mileage of 23.26 to 24.12 kmpl.
